At ChileVive Tours, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, trustworthy, and sustainable tourist services in Santiago de Chile and its surroundings. Our focus is on ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, and we have outlined important information regarding bookings, payments, insurance, our team, pick-up arrangements, and responsibility.


Here are the key points:


Bookings and Cancellation Policy:


- Multiple channels for booking: official website, email, tourism platforms, Whatsapp, or phone.

- Cancellation or modification of reservations allowed up to 24 hours before the tour without penalty. After this time, a 20% fee to the total paid will be retained.

- In exceptional cases, such as national/international impact or insufficient passengers, we may cancel the service and offer an alternative tour or a full refund.



Payments:


- Accepted payment methods: online payments via our website, cash payments (in USD or Chilean pesos) on the day of the tour.

- Reservation confirmation requires a 50% payment, either through a Payment link or a bank transfer (transaction fees apply).



Insurance:


- Our vehicles comply with legal regulations and have passenger seat insurance registered with the Chilean Ministry of Transport.



Team:


- Our knowledgeable and passionate team is well-versed in the landscapes, places, history, and culture of the region to make your tour unforgettable.



Pick-up and Vehicles:


- Tours start and end at your accommodation.

- Please be ready 5 minutes before the departure time.

- If your accommodation is outside our pick-up area, we will suggest a nearby meeting point.

- Failure to show up on time at the meeting point will result in no refund, with a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes.



Responsibility:


- ChileVive Tours is not responsible for thefts or losses of personal belongings during the tours.
